Looking for a job as Pet Groomer?
Pack Leaders ATL is seeking a part-time, flexible, experienced pet groomer and stylist for our growing pet concierge company based in Atlanta.
Our grooming position is unique. Instead of grooming from a standalone grooming salon or mobile salon, we groom in the pet spas located in our clients’ residential communities, or in their homes. This allows for a more personalized, safe, and comfortable experience for each pet. Pack Leaders ATL will handle administrative duties, marketing, schedule the clientele for grooming services, and provide supplemental training such as Pet CPR and First Aid training, and a Fetch Find Certification. All you have to do is show up ready to groom.
We’re looking to hire someone who can work independently, communicate enthusiastically and professional, pays close attention to detail, has high standards of safety and care, loves pets, and makes every pet look their best. Each pet's well-being and safety is always the number-one priority along with making each client’s experience with Pack Leaders ATL a pleasant experience.
Pack Leaders ATL is Atlanta's premiere luxury pet concierge providing dependable and reliable dog walking, cat care, pet sitting and now grooming services. Our team members are all background checked and trained to provide only exceptional service for every pet - our client’s experience is the key to our success and we take it very seriously.
Our new groomer must be experienced with grooming dogs, but we would prefer a groomer with experience and confidence in grooming cats as well.
LOCATIONS
Buckhead, Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, Virginia Highlands, Grant Park, and Candler Park Neighborhoods
REQUIREMENTS
1 year of professionally trained grooming experience
A portfolio demonstrating your grooming work
Experience with large and small dog breeds
Have reliable transportation and exemplary punctuality
Must be willing to work at least 3 weekdays 10am-5pm
Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander, pet waste, and grooming equipment
Must possess a love of animals and patience when handling pets
Must be eligible for employment in the U.S
Display a professional manner at all times
Must be able to consult with clients and make recommendations
Must have strong communication skills
Experience with bathing, brushing, combing and cutting fur or hair in single- or double-coated dog breeds, ear cleaning, nail clipping, drying and styling.
PAY
W2 Employee with Commission (Up to 50%) + 100% of tips
Shifts Available:
Flexible weekly schedule that requires 3-4 days a week from 10am-5pm.
We will book clients in coordination with your schedule.
