Overnight & Extended Care

Personalized care for evenings away, travel days, and times when your pets need longer, more consistent support.

In-Home Overnight Pet Sitting
Service Rate
Standard Overnight, approximately 10 hours $130 per night
Extended Overnight, beginning around 6–7 p.m. $150 per night

Includes care for up to two pets. Additional pets are $20 each. Additional daytime walks or visits may be added. Holiday surcharge: $25 per night, or $35 for Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods.

Private Overnight Boarding

One-on-one boarding in the home of a carefully selected Pack Leader. Boarding is billed in 24-hour periods beginning at the scheduled drop-off time.

Boarding Option Rate
Preferred Multi-Day Rate, two or more 24-hour periods $90 per period
One 24-hour period $120
Puppy under 12 months, two or more 24-hour periods $110 per period
Puppy under 12 months, one 24-hour period $140

Boarding additions

  • Additional pet: $35 per pet, per 24-hour period. Current clients with an approved $25 account-specific additional-pet rate retain that rate.
  • Intact adult dog fee: $15 per dog, per 24-hour period
  • Holiday rate: additional $25 per 24-hour period. Approved legacy clients retain the $20 boarding holiday rate.
  • Door-to-door transportation: $35 one way or $60 round trip within the standard service area

Boarding extensions

  • First two hours after scheduled pickup: complimentary
  • More than two hours through seven hours: $50
  • Eight hours or more: an additional 24-hour period at the reservation’s applicable rate
Private Day Stay, Up to 10 Hours

Full-day care in the home of a carefully selected Pack Leader for pets who need daytime coverage without an overnight stay. Day Stay can include supervision, potty breaks, exercise, enrichment, playtime, and rest based on the pet’s normal routine.

Day Stay Option Rate
Private Day Stay, up to 10 hours $130
Puppy Day Stay, under 12 months $150
Additional time, maximum of 2 hours $20 per hour
Additional pet $35 each
Intact adult dog $15 each
Door-to-door transportation $35 each way or $60 round trip

Why Day Stay is priced differently from boarding: Day Stay reserves a Pack Leader’s active working-day hours for supervision, exercise, enrichment, and routine care. Boarding spans a full 24-hour cycle that also includes overnight rest and lower-activity periods.

Additional time is subject to availability. Stays exceeding 12 hours or requiring an overnight pickup convert to the applicable boarding arrangement. Day Stay is unavailable during designated major holiday periods, when Pack Leader homes are reserved for overnight boarding guests. All stays are subject to availability, household compatibility, and approval.

Dog Training

Personalized programs designed to build practical skills at home and in real-world environments. Program placement is based on your dog’s needs, goals, and evaluation.

Getting Started

Free KickStarter Call & Training Consultation

Free Training KickStarter Call

Complimentary 15-minute Zoom call

This introductory conversation gives potential training clients an opportunity to tell us about their dog, goals, current challenges, and previous training experience. We will introduce Pack Leaders ATL and our training approach, explain the programs and general pricing available, answer initial questions, and help identify the most appropriate next step.

The free KickStarter Call is an introductory conversation. It does not include an in-depth behavioral assessment, personalized training plan, formal program placement, or hands-on evaluation.

In-Person Training Consultation

$35 for a 30-minute, in-person consultation and initial evaluation.

Recommended when our trainer needs to observe the dog, assess behavior and handling needs, discuss goals in greater depth, and determine the most appropriate program placement.

The in-person consultation fee is credited toward an eligible training package purchased within seven days. Service-area fees may apply outside our core area.

Which Training Program Is Right for My Dog?

Program placement is based on the reason for the behavior, its intensity, the dog’s ability to recover and redirect, and any associated safety risk.

Obedience Training

Teaches practical skills, manners, and reliable responses.

Examples: sit, stay, place, recall, loose-leash walking, excited jumping, door manners, and focus around everyday distractions.

Behavior Modification

Changes a mild-to-moderate emotional or behavioral response through a customized training and management plan.

Examples: manageable leash reactivity, fearfulness, handling sensitivity, moderate resource guarding, territorial barking, and separation-related distress.

Advanced Behavior & Aggression

Addresses cases involving significant safety risk, severe reactions, or specialized handling requirements.

Examples: bite history, attempted bites, severe or unpredictable aggression, repeated household fights, dangerous guarding, redirected aggression, or reactions requiring multiple handlers or enhanced safety protocols.

A visible behavior does not determine placement by itself. For example, excited leash pulling may be an obedience concern, while lunging at another dog and being unable to recover may require behavior modification or an advanced behavior program.

Private Training packages are intended for obedience, manners, and general skill development. Dogs displaying fear, reactivity, aggression, resource guarding, or other complex behavioral concerns may require a Behavior Modification or Advanced Behavior & Aggression Program following evaluation.

Puppy Foundations Intensive

A structured, high-frequency program for puppies and new learners developing essential manners, confidence, and everyday obedience skills.

Clients may begin with the 10-session program or select the complete 20-session program from the start. A client who begins with 10 sessions may upgrade to the complete four-week program while the intensive remains active by paying the remaining discounted balance: $700 for 30-minute sessions or $900 for 60-minute sessions. The initial program includes two Pack Leader Strategy Sessions; the complete program includes four. Programs must remain continuous and be prepaid. Puppy Foundations is not intended for complex behavior modification.

Behavior Modification

Designed for mild-to-moderate fear, reactivity, guarding, anxiety, and other concerns that require more than teaching obedience commands. These intensives include a customized behavior-change plan, management guidance, real-world training, and Pack Leader Strategy Sessions with the pet parent.

Program 30-Minute Sessions 60-Minute Sessions

Final program placement is determined following an evaluation. Dogs presenting a significant safety risk may require an Advanced Behavior & Aggression Program instead.

Advanced Behavior & Aggression Programs

Starting at $3,250

Customized for severe reactivity, bite histories, aggression toward people or animals, dangerous resource guarding, redirected aggression, repeated household fights, or cases requiring heightened safety and handling protocols.

Pricing and program length are established after an evaluation and may reflect additional assessment, controlled training setups, specialized equipment, multiple handlers, expanded owner coaching, and a customized safety and management plan.

Pack Leaders ATL does not guarantee that every case can be accepted. A veterinary assessment or referral to a veterinary behavior professional may be recommended when appropriate.

$350 for a three-hour in-home session.

Extended trainer-led practice in the pet’s home environment, allowing more time for repetition, routine-building, enrichment, and household skills.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between package and as-needed pricing?

Package pricing rewards clients who purchase a set number of visits in advance. As-needed pricing offers greater flexibility without a package commitment.

Are the listed grooming prices guaranteed?

Grooming prices are base rates. Your final price may vary based on breed, coat length and condition, matting, desired style, temperament, required time, and special handling needs.

Can I request the same Pack Leader every time?

You may request a Preferred Pack Leader for $10 per visit, up to a maximum of $30 per day. We will prioritize your requested Pack Leader whenever possible, but specific caregiver assignments cannot be guaranteed. Every assigned Pack Leader receives your pet’s care instructions.

How are holiday fees applied?

Holiday fees are applied according to the service type and designated holiday period. Overnight, boarding, companion care, and standard visits have different holiday rates as shown above.

Which training program is right for my dog?

Start with a training consultation. We will discuss your goals, assess your dog’s needs, and recommend the most appropriate session length or program.
