For the safety of your cat and our groomers, we are only able to accept cats that can be handled safely during grooming.
Our cat grooming services are best suited for cats who:
Have been groomed before, or
Are generally calm, tolerant, or docile with handling, or
Can be gently restrained without aggression
We may not be able to accept cats who:
Show aggressive behavior such as biting, scratching, or lunging
Become highly distressed or unmanageable during grooming
Require sedation or medical intervention to be groomed safely
If your cat becomes overly stressed during the appointment, we may pause or discontinue the service to prevent injury or trauma. In those cases, we’ll recommend the safest next steps, which may include veterinary or sedation grooming.
