Invoices and Billing
Pet Parents may pay their invoices at any time in the mobile app or client web portal. To learn how to pay your invoice, click HERE. All unpaid invoices are billed EVERY FRIDAY.
All Pack Leaders receive 100% of their tips. Tipping options are available upon manually paying your invoice. If you would like to add an automatic tip for your Pack Leader, please let management know by sending us a private message in the mobile app, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, for Package purchases, tips must be added at the time of purchase. Tips cannot be retroactively added once you have purchased the package.
You can cancel any walk FOR FREE up to an hour before the scheduled time.
Cancellations within an hour of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $10 fee to accommodate our Pack Leaders as they have adjusted their schedule specifically for your appointment and they may already be on the way.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before scheduled service: FREE
Cancellations made within 7 days of of service are subject to: 25% fee of service total.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to: 50% fee of service total for first 7 days of sitting. 100% refund for services scheduled after the first 7 days.
Cancellations made after the service have begun are subject to the full price of the days already serviced, and 50% of the remaining service total.
This Cancellation Policy was made out of respect to our Pack Leaders who have created their schedule and possibly rejected other bookings to devote time for your services.
Messaging Your Pack Leader
We require that all messaging with your Pack Leader occurs within the mobile application or client web portal. This is for quality assurance, safety, and legal responsibilities. For any customer service inquiries please call 404-474-8367, email email@example.com or send the management team a private message in the mobile application. Private Messages can only be seen by the management staff.
